We've compiled a list of answers to common questions.
- Currently the 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 HP models have the same size. For the 2nd batch, the 1.0 and 1.5 HP models would have smaller mouldings.
- In the future, we might improve the outdoor units’ design (size reduction) because of feedback about space constraints.
- Highest water consumption per hour is 6 litres for 1.0 HP model, 7 litres for 1.5 HP model and 8 litres for 2.0 HP model.
- Normal water consumption per hour is 4 litres for 1.0 HP model, 5 litres for 1.5 HP model and 6 litres for 2.0 HP model.

- No, you are just required to change the hydro-curtain every 2 years, or 1 year if you operate EvoAir in harsher environments.
- The outdoor condenser is designed such that it is fully enclosed and the UV light is unable to penetrate into its internal components. Thus, the algae, mosquito and bacteria are unable to survive in the internal environment.
- However, if the water in the condenser is dirty (not serious condition), it will not affect the performance or efficiency of the condenser.
- Also, the drain pan can be easily removed and cleaned.
